HOW DOES A TICKET OFFICE WORK?
The ticket offices are connected to the ticket system just like the event organisers are. At the ticket offices, you can have a look at the venue plan and choose your seats. What’s more, by going to a ticket office you get to pick up your tickets immediately and save on delivery charges.

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
You can order tickets on the internet, on the ticket hotline, at any CTS ticket office in Germany and, depending on the allocation of tickets, at the venue’s ticket office on the day of the event. Please note that, as event organisers, we normally have the best allocation of tickets for our customers.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY TICKETS?
- Credit card: The amount is charged to your credit card via Skrill.
- Direct debit: The amount is charged to your current account via Skrill.
- Giropay: Simple, fast and secure payment method via your bank’s online banking system
- Instant transfer: Use your online banking details to pay with PIN and TAN codes.
WHAT EXACTLY IS SKRILL?
Skrill is one the world’s leading digital payments companies. We run our service using Skrill to ensure that payments are made securely. Another advantage of using Skrill is that payments are made in real time, i.e. they reach our account as soon as they’re confirmed so we’re able to process your orders more quickly.
CAN I STILL CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You’ve placed an order but not yet received an e-mail about the delivery of your tickets, and you’d like to change the number of tickets? No problem! Just call us on +49 (0)180 500 4222 (€0.14/min. from German landlines, max. €0.42/min. from German mobiles) – we’ll be happy to change your order. Unfortunately, you cannot cancel confirmed orders because tickets are not subject to distance selling regulations (please refer to our terms and conditions).
HAS MY ORDER GONE THROUGH?
To check whether your order has gone through, have a look at your e-mails to see whether we have sent you an order confirmation. Remember to check your spam folder, too. We send you another e-mail when your order is dispatched.
WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY TICKET YET?
It normally takes us three to ten working days to process an order. Orders are delivered by Deutsche Post. Pre-paid tickets are sent by registered post. If you’re not at home when your tickets are delivered, you’ll find a note in your letterbox advising you to pick them up from the post office within seven working days.
CAN I ALSO BUY TICKETS FROM CONTRA PROMOTION DIRECTLY, WITHOUT HAVING TO ORDER THEM ONLINE?
You can buy tickets at our ticket offices during opening hours. However, given that we are not a conventional ticket office (we are concert organisers).
Please note that our ticket offices will have limited opening hours during Zeltfestival Ruhr.
I'D LIKE TO RETURN THE TICKETS I HAVE BOUGHT. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
If an event for which you have bought tickets gets cancelled or rescheduled to a date you cannot attend, you may return the tickets to the relevant ticket office. In all other cases we are unable to offer refunds.
I HAVE LOST MY TICKET - WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have lost a ticket for an event with allocated seating, we can issue you a confirmation of admission with which you can attend the concert, provided that the designated seats are not occupied by people holding the original tickets. If you have lost a standing ticket, however, there is sadly nothing we can do.
AT WHICH AGE CAN MY CHILD VISIT A CONCERT ALONE?
Under 16 years: only in company of a parent or an adult companion (in combination with a signed formula by parents)
From 16 years to under 18 years: without adult company until midnight
18 years and older: no restriction
