Terms and conditions for the ticket return option
You have purchased tickets, but are unexpectedly unable to attend the event? Prepare for the unforeseen by concluding the card return option! If you are unable to attend for one or more of the following reasons (exhaustive list), the ticket price will be reimbursed by Contra Promotion GmbH:
a) serious unforeseen illness, injury, pregnancy complications
or death of the ticket holder or a very close relative.
b) severe impairment at the residential property of the ticket holder as a result of fire, natural forces, theft or water damage, requiring the presence of the ticket holder.
c) Failure or delay due to technical defects of the public means of transport for travel to the venue.
d) Unfitness (incapacity) to drive due to accident or breakdown of the private vehicle or taxi used on the direct route to the venue.
If any of the above situations arise, proceed as follows:
1. Let us now about the situation by registered letter, and enclose the following documents:
a) original or copy of the ticket receipt
b) original admission ticket (only unless torn, cancelled or scanned)
c) documents or official certificates confirming occurrence of damage
d) payment (IBAN and SWIFT-BIC)
